Our Shop Policies

  • Unless noted otherwise, the majority of our products are already in stock and will be shipped promptly once payment is received. For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

  • While we strive to meet any specific deadlines, please keep in mind that production and shipping delays can sometimes happen.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $2000, via FedEx, DHL Express, or Express Post Platinum (within Australia). For orders under $2000, a flat shipping fee of $50 AUD will apply.

  • All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • Once dispatched, your package will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery to more remote areas may take longer.

  • Shipping time does not account for the time needed to prepare your order.

  • Please note that occasionally, deliveries may take a few extra days due to postal delays that are beyond our control.

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your parcel independently

  • You will be responsible for paying any local taxes, duties, or VAT on delivery, in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.

  • Customers from the US, UK, Europe, and Canada: Due to free trade agreements between Australia and your country of residence, you will not be charged customs duties on your order.

  • Customers from all other countries are responsible for covering any local taxes, duties, or fees.

  • Our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

  • We accept PayPal

  • We accept bank transfer. For details please contact us directly.

  • We accept layby payments. It is to be a  10% upfront payment and the balance to be paid within 6 months

  • You can request any change or cancellation to your order within 48 hours of purchase.

Our pieces comes in an Ojamie box.

We make the utmost effort to answer your questions within 3-5 hours however due to frequent busy periods we may take longer to get to your messages. If any queries are urgent or you only have a certain time to speak, we strongly suggest you call us directly on +613 7037 5022

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

  • A refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method, such as your credit card.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

  • Special or custom orders are not fully refundable, and a handling fee of 250 AUD will apply.

  • If you’re ordering a wedding band to match an Ojamie engagement ring, kindly let us know.

  • If your engagement ring is not an Ojamie design, please inform us so we can make the necessary adjustment.

  • Every piece of jewellery bought from Ojamie is backed by a 1-year warranty, which covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship.

    This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or physical impacts, including broken diamonds or gemstones.

    Please be aware that any repairs, resizing, or modifications made by anyone other than Ojamie will void the warranty.

    If your item sustains damage after the warranty period, we can still provide repair services. Please contact us for a quote, as repair costs may vary.

We suggest securing insurance for your fine jewellery.

While we design our pieces with strength and longevity in mind, some gemstones are naturally more fragile and need special attention. For example, emeralds and tourmalines can be more easily damaged if impacted.

Having jewellery insurance offers peace of mind, ensuring you can either replace your item or recover its value in the case of loss, theft, or accidental damage.

We prioritise the protection of your personal information. To ensure its safety, we implement stringent measures and follow the highest industry standards to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or any form of damage to your data
